Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Services Coordinator to provide administrative and site services support to our facilities in Chandler and Tempe, AZ. This is an onsite position that requires a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry, copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies, furniture, and consumables.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Manage security access control systems, badging, and CCTV.
  • Issue, distribute, and manage proximity access badges for employees, new hires, and visitors.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure contract obligations are met.
  • Review service invoices from vendors and approve them to the Internal Accounts Payable Department.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, including setting up workstations and ordering office supplies.
  • Provide facilities orientation and training to new employees.
  • Monitor company-paid covered parking stalls and report violations to building property management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of two years of administrative experience.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to various computer software.
  • Good writing, analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with people at all levels.
  • Professional and corporate work ethic, displaying discretion and sensitivity when appropriate.
  • Good customer service skills.
