Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Geotechnical Lead to oversee our Earth Sciences and Engineering (ESE) Practice within the USA. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the growth and leadership of our geotechnical division, collaborating with global colleagues to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:


As the regional leader for Hatch's Geotechnical business, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the expansion of the geotechnical practice in the market.
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships to achieve business development targets.
  • Scaling the team to accommodate increasing project demands while fostering global collaboration.
  • Leading the development of bids and managing technical proposals.
  • Strategically planning both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Facilitating collaboration across various disciplines within Hatch to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensuring quality assurance for ongoing projects and deliverables.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, particularly in a consulting capacity.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams with a focus on commercial success.
  • A track record of successful project management in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
