About LVI Associates:


LVI Associates is a prominent multi-disciplinary firm currently in search of a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team.

This role will primarily focus on transportation-related projects, with the selected candidate responsible for evaluating reports and spearheading business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct geotechnical assessments, analyses, and design for transportation projects.
Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technical personnel.
Build and sustain strong relationships with transportation officials and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business ventures within the geotechnical engineering domain.
Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and presentations.
Ensure timely project completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
Stay informed about the latest industry advancements, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is mandatory.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, particularly in transportation projects.
Demonstrated success in project management and business growth.
Comprehensive understanding of transportation standards, procedures, and project delivery methods.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
