Become a Key Player as a Customer Service Representative

Primary Duties:

  • Address customer grievances and maintain a tidy workspace
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication abilities and a knack for sales
  • Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and a professional attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and proficiency in English
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations and lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Work effectively in a bustling environment with moderate to high noise levels
