Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions and handling cash

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as financial services, retail, or hospitality is preferred
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers, building strong relationships and trust
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to drive sales, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and growth
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • English fluency is required, with English/Spanish bilingualism a plus
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, with the ability to lift 15 lbs and work in restrictive spaces
