Your Role and Responsibilities

As a primary focus, you will manage client accounts effectively.
Oversee the daily management of routine to moderately complex client accounts.
Maintain an assigned portfolio of business while fostering, enhancing, and solidifying relationships with current clients.
Achieve retention objectives for your designated group of accounts.
May coordinate the efforts of administrative support and customer service teams.
May assist an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer.

About You

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management
OR
High School diploma with at least 8 years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management.
Licensure is required.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
