Role Significance: The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in our emergency and specialty practice, serving as the first point of contact for clients. Your presence is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters positive client interactions. Responsibilities include managing client check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling incoming calls efficiently. While prior veterinary experience is advantageous, we are committed to training the right individuals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
  • Comfort in discussing financial matters with clients.
  • Empathy and compassion towards clients and their pets.
  • Professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts will vary between daytime, mid-day, and evening hours to ensure a balanced work-life experience. Weekend shifts will be part of the schedule.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $19, commensurate with experience.
