Role Responsibilities

The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in our emergency and specialty services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a positive experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and managing their check-in and check-out processes.
  • Scheduling appointments and handling payment transactions.
  • Managing high-volume phone inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Discussing financial matters with clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, ensuring clear communication.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in a customer service role; veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate interactions with clients and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
  • Empathy and compassion for both clients and their pets.
  • Professionalism and discretion in sensitive situations.
Work Schedule

Shifts will rotate between daytime, mid-day, and evening hours to promote a balanced work-life schedule. Weekend availability is required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $17 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
