Role ResponsibilitiesThe Client Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in our emergency and specialty services, acting as the first point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Managing client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and handling payment transactions.
- Responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
While prior experience in a veterinary setting is advantageous, we are committed to training the right individual. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong background in customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively between clients and clinical staff.
- Proficiency in handling multiple phone lines.
- Attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Comfort discussing financial matters with clients.
- Empathy and compassion towards clients and their pets.
- Professionalism and discretion in sensitive situations.
Shifts will rotate between daytime, mid-day, and evening hours to ensure a balanced work-life schedule, with one weekend shift required.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $19, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
