Job Summary

CAMBA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Support Specialist to join our HomeBase team. As a Case Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing unit reviews, coordinating home visits, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Coordination: Coordinate and schedule home visits to maximize efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of findings.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, including scheduling appointments, creating electronic and paper files, and informing supervisors of any health and safety issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Case Managers, participating in case conferences and assisting with pre-clearance requests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Serve as a courier for programmatic needs, participate in administrative and staff meetings, and provide required information for reports to CAMBA management and funders.
  • Client Escort: Escort clients to necessary appointments, ensuring rent payments, active benefits, and entitlements.
  • Program Outreach: Conduct program outreach as needed, modifying, expanding, and assigning tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. and/or equivalent experience.
  • Compensation: $25 per hour.
  • Work Schedule: Part-time (25 hours per week).
