This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or Sales Lead looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our business.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales goals, building teams, developing talent, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations at our Arrowhead location
  • Support the Senior General Manager in achieving business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Motivate and manage a high-performing team
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a retail management or sales lead role
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage a team

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
