Job Description:

The Financial Sales Manager role at First Citizens Bank involves leading outbound calling activities to generate new business opportunities. This position requires managing sales efforts and associates in a boutique business branch location, overseeing office operations with support from an operations specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Centers of Influence (COIs) and leveraging business relationships to drive sales growth
  • Engaging with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach
  • Representing the Bank in the community to generate additional business and identify potential CRA opportunities

Team Management:

  • Managing performance and personnel functions for a team while executing on a plan to deliver results that create value for the customer and meet financial expectations
  • SUPPORTING associate development and achievement of results through ongoing coaching and mentoring

Service/Operations Standards:

  • Complying with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects
  • Fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory
  • OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,825.00 - $134,665.00 per year, as well as variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards outlined in the offer of employment. Our benefits program is designed to meet the needs of our associates, providing a comprehensive package of perks and rewards.
