Intake Process Management

  • Oversee the entire client intake and sales process to maximize conversion rates">
  • Maintain compliance with legal and ethical requirements throughout the intake process">
  • Coordinate with legal teams for effective case evaluation and assignment">
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client information and case details">

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of intake specialists and sales personnel">
  • Set individual and team performance goals and provide regular feedback">

Requirements
