Growth Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing deals with companies having fewer than 400 employees. This role involves presenting the Miro value proposition to diverse accounts across various industries and managing high-velocity sales cycles. You will also engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to drive expansion sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role or SDR background, ideally within SaaS. They will have a proven record of consistently hitting and exceeding quotas or working towards KPIs. The successful candidate will possess excellent presence and ability to influence at all levels, as well as strong curiosity and business acumen.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect into assigned territories and win new customers
  • Expand existing customers through proactive selling strategies
  • Manage complex sales situations and campaigns
  • Create and deliver client demos, pilots, and proposals

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role or SDR background, ideally within SaaS

Salary:$160,000 per year, depending on experience
