">About the Role:
">- We are seeking a future-thinking Accounts Receivable Manager to elevate our accounting operations and drive continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire AR cycle, implementing smart solutions for invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and leveraging insights to optimize workflows and boost efficiency.
- Manage collections and disputes, applying strategic leadership to resolve issues and ensure positive outcomes.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to enhance processes and drive cross-functional success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of AR management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct), with a focus on growth through process optimization and data-driven strategies.
- A visionary leader who thrives on driving innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
