Account Growth Strategist Job Description

American Air Filter International is seeking an experienced Account Growth Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with SAP or CRM systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting sales profile, share, and value opportunities
  • Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the Company
Requirements
  • Estimated salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Experience with high value-added product selling, pricing, and negotiation
  • Ability to stay current with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and marketing trends and activities
