- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour
