About the Role
GymTonic is seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership professional to drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the company's commercial strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to expand GymTonic's member base and meet sales goals.
- Lead and Mentor Sales Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate sales team across Wellness, Personal Training, Pro Shop/Retail, and Membership departments.
- Build Client Relationships: Build strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and New Business Opportunities: Conduct market analysis, develop new business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Alignment with Business Objectives: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Senior Sales Experience: Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally in fitness or wellness.
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Exceptional CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering results.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
