Senior Sales Director for Medical Devices

Symmetrio is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to lead our Western US sales team in the medical device industry. This strategic role requires a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and closing complex deals.

About the Opportunity
  • This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $350,000, with excellent health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the medical device space, with a strong background in sales leadership and team management. Key qualifications include:

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Western US region.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  5. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance and achieve individual goals.
  6. Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management in the medical device industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and deal closure.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
  • C-Suite experience within hospitals or healthcare organizations.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
