Director of Sales - The Village at Sherman Oaks

Role Overview:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $82K - $85K yearly. This position requires a dynamic professional with innate sales abilities, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Facing prospective residents to convey community value and offer personalized solution-based options.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the sales process, and coaching/motivating sales staff to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • Promoting the community through on-site meetings, tours, events, telephone follow-up, community outreach to referral groups and influencers.
  • Overseeing functions related to achieving occupancy goals, including lead management and selling/closing techniques.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess high energy, persistence, excellent written/oral communication skills, and at least five years of successful senior housing experience.
