Sales Leadership Opportunity

At Srgseniorliving, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at The Village at Sherman Oaks. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales revenue growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a strong market presence.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.
  3. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, prospects, and referral sources, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.
  4. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

A minimum of five years of successful senior housing experience, with a proven track record of sales leadership and customer engagement. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
