Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals throughout their career. They will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies aligned with regional and company goals, and providing coaching and guidance to the sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and company goals
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team
  • Conduct regular regional sales meetings
  • Review sales quotes for risk and profitability assessment

The Business Development Head will be responsible for fostering an environment of accountability, conducting performance reviews and goal setting, and resolving escalated customer issues quickly and effectively. They will also provide superior customer service, manage customer issues and orders, and maintain knowledge of local market trends and segments.
