Candidates for the Executive Business Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A Midtown Plaza will gain hands-on experience and valuable leadership skills in a dynamic business environment. The program exists to develop future business leaders who are passionate about growth, innovation, and making a positive impact on their community.

About the Program

The Leadership Development Program is a self-paced, 2-3 year program that offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, health insurance, competitive pay, and annual merit increases. Participants will rotate through various roles in the restaurant, working directly with the franchisee to accomplish specific goals.

Program Structure

The program consists of four main components:

  1. Building a Strong Foundation: Participants will gain a deep understanding of the day-to-day business operation, including managerial-level tasks and Chick-fil-A's Critical Success Factors business model.
  2. Mastery of Management: As Supervisors, participants will learn management-level tasks, study Chick-fil-A's business model, and receive feedback and coaching from experienced leaders.
  3. Learning Leadership: In the Director rotation process, participants will lead each area of the business, receiving support through leadership coaching, resources, team exercises, and Chick-fil-A experiences.
  4. Excel as a Future Business Leader: Participants will be well-prepared for Chick-fil-A's Franchisee or Corporate Staff application process, with individualized leadership development, consistent feedback, financial goal setting, Drive-Thru/Grand Opening experience, and interview preparation.
Eligibility

Applicants should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be interested in hands-on business experience, and possess valuable leadership skills. A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required for progression to the Director role.
