Business Development Representative

AEG is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join its highly successful ticket sales team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role will be responsible for selling single-game and group tickets for the end of the 2024 season as well as the upcoming 2025 season.
About AEGAEG is a leading sports and entertainment company that hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. As a representative of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with various teams and departments to achieve our overall goal of providing exceptional customer service and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Assist in leading the ticket sales team to its overall goal and help establish and maintain all ticket sales processes and strategies.
- Sell single-game and group tickets for the end of the 2024 season as well as the upcoming 2025 season.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service to all fans.
- Be adaptable, innovative, and opportunistic to generate revenue for AEG in several ways.
- Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years' experience in sales and/or customer service with proven ability to meet sales goals preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Passion for the product and competitive attitude.
- Ability to be coachable with a desire to learn and excel.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus commission on sales. We also provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
