Role Summary

We are excited to explore the possibility of you becoming a vital part of our organization. This role reports to the Market Manager and focuses on collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to create remarkable customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcoming customers upon arrival, setting the stage for a positive engagement. Acting as a representative of the bank and ensuring a premium customer experience that aligns with our brand values.
  • Acquiring a foundational understanding of our banking products and services. Identifying ways to connect customers with banking professionals to enhance their overall financial relationship.
  • Utilizing banking technology and systems to assist customers with their in-branch banking needs, including processing transactions such as deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all check and deposit amounts. Adhering to endorsement protocols and confirming that necessary information is collected to support transactions.
  • Maintaining appropriate cash levels in your drawer, minimizing errors in accordance with company policies.
  • Handling debit card maintenance and reorders related to lost cards and fraud prevention.
  • Effectively demonstrating mobile app technology to assist customers with their digital banking needs, including enrolling in e-statements and scheduling transfers.
This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position, averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week. Work hours may vary.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Individuals interested in high school Youth Apprenticeship are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
