Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will report to the Market Manager at our branch and collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to create remarkable customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Warmly welcoming customers as they enter, setting the stage for a positive experience. Acting as a representative of the bank and ensuring a premium customer service experience.
  • Developing a foundational understanding of our banking products and services. Identifying ways to connect customers with our banking partners to enhance their financial relationships.
  • Utilizing banking software and systems to assist customers with their needs in-branch, including processing transactions such as deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all check and deposit amounts. Following proper endorsement procedures and collecting necessary information to support transactions.
  • Maintaining cash drawer levels with minimal discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
  • Managing debit card maintenance and reorders related to lost cards and fraud.
  • Effectively demonstrating mobile app technology to assist customers with their digital banking needs, including e-statements, mobile deposits, and transfer scheduling.
This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position, averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week. Your schedule may vary during business hours.

  • A high school diploma or GED.
