This position is fully remote, operating Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST.

One shift from 11am to 8pm EST is required weekly.

Additionally, a Saturday shift from 9am to 2pm EST is required once a month.

Preferred candidates are those located in the Coral Springs, FL or Minneapolis, MN regions.

Role Overview

Provide exceptional service to clients through both inbound and outbound communication, focusing on presenting and finalizing sales of products and services. Manage Patient Enrollment and repeat order requests with professionalism and courtesy. Accurately document and route inquiries for follow-up as necessary. Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly during interactions. Maintain and update all relevant records in the designated system.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on leads generated from various departments to ensure timely product offerings. Make outbound calls in response to customer inquiries as noted in correspondence or approved marketing leads. Conduct research and resolve issues, communicating outcomes to customers as appropriate. Maintain accurate records in compliance with corporate guidelines. Achieve and exceed performance standards for quality and quantity. Serve as a role model for colleagues by adhering to all departmental and corporate policies. Assist departmental leadership in meeting objectives through task completion and ongoing training. Build and sustain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and skills necessary for job performance. Exhibit flexibility in scheduling to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. Uphold cleanliness and quality standards in the workplace. Adhere to all safety protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. High-performing employees may be requested to work overtime based on recent evaluations and productivity metrics.

Essential Qualifications

At least one year of relevant experience. Willingness to engage in direct sales via telephone. Employees are expected to conduct business with the highest ethical standards, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred. Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is advantageous. Familiarity with the designated system is a plus. Previous call center experience is beneficial due to the high volume of customer interactions. Ability to take initiative and work independently is essential.
