Compensation:

$15 - $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to address concerns or complaints, provide suitable solutions, and ensure the resolution of issues.
  • Verify client insurance coverage and supply policyholders with proof of insurance documentation.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries in the call center regarding insurance policies, coverage issues, consumer complaints, and general questions.
  • Maintain a record of all customer inquiries and follow up to ensure all questions regarding policies are thoroughly addressed.
Required Qualifications:
  • A strong work ethic can compensate for lack of experience.
  • Excellent active listening skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills are preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
