Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Admissions Lead to join our team at Higher Ground Education. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional enrollment strategies to meet and exceed quarterly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Regional Enrollment Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of regional enrollment strategies to meet and exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing campaigns and strategies to support regional enrollment goals.
  • Conduct Local Outreach and Grassroots Marketing: Conduct local outreach and grassroots marketing campaigns to enhance school visibility, brand presence, and attract prospective families.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Serve as a crucial link between regional schools and the broader marketing and admissions team, offering guidance on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Monitor and Analyze Enrollment Performance: Regularly report on enrollment performance and metrics, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations for future growth.

Requirements:

  • Marketing, Sales, or Related Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on growth achievements.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and adeptly managing complex projects with changing timelines.
  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Education: Knowledge of the early childhood education sector, with a Montessori background seen as a bonus.
  • Independence, Efficiency, and Confidence: High degree of independence, efficiency, and confidence, along with a readiness to adapt and learn from mistakes.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a flexible, innovative approach.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Manager, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Experience and Education: At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or similar role.
