We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to lead our team of offices and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive top-line sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of office managers to ensure sales growth, targeted profit margins, and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with executive team and departments to ensure alignment and delivery of business priorities
  • Act as a role model, coach, and advocate for great customer and employee experiences
  • Introduce and align on best practices and process improvement measures
  • Execute on forecasted marketing plans and sales strategies for growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Proven success in business management with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to understand and execute marketing plans that align with company practices
  • Ability to teach fiscal management and business/sales models
  • Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple objectives and achieve results
  • Ability to balance business accountability and growth with positive, trusted relationships
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
