- Proven success in business management with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to understand and execute marketing plans that align with company practices
- Ability to teach fiscal management and business/sales models
- Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple objectives and achieve results
- Ability to balance business accountability and growth with positive, trusted relationships
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
