Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Front Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Check-out: Greet patients, verify demographic and insurance information, and ensure accurate charting.
  • Document Scanning and Management: Scan and upload patient documents, update charts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Insurance Verification and Discrepancies: Verify insurance coverage, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with patients and insurance providers.
  • Chart Updates and Maintenance: Update patient charts with missing information, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Specialist Communication: Send information to specialists, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Message and Email Management: Respond to patient inquiries, manage messages, and maintain a professional communication channel.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Dental Software and Terminology: Familiarity with dental software and terminology essential.
  • Attention to Detail and Data Entry: Strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
