Primary Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Right at Home's policies and procedures.
  • Work under the guidance of the Care Manager.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for supervisory visits.
  • Facilitate introductions and initial training for caregivers.
  • Participate in Manager On Duty rotations.
  • Guide caregivers to client locations and conduct introductions.
  • Provide emergency care as required.
  • Cover weekend office duties as scheduled.
  • Assist in the training and evaluation of caregivers.
  • Respond to caregiver needs or absences at client sites.
  • Maintain communication with the office regarding availability.
Additional Duties:
  • Support office operations and answer phones as necessary.
  • Act as the office contact in the absence of other personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving within healthcare settings.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Experience as a Certified Nurse's Aide is advantageous.
  • Proven success in leadership roles.
