Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Systems Architect to bolster our operations across North America. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to enhance our technological framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and propose technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Investigate relevant technologies, processes, and policies to inform design decisions.
  • Engage with all departments to foster improved technological collaboration.
  • Define hardware and software requirements for system architecture.
  • Develop workflows and guidelines for optimal system usage.
  • Create models illustrating user interactions with systems and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
  • Mitigate technical risks effectively.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the internal IT team and manage support operations.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology system management and integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of solar PV energy systems.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in standard management tools for scheduling and budget oversight.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Procore, and/or SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Ability to independently manage and expand a division in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

Position involves sitting at a desk for extended periods, with occasional light lifting and minimal physical exertion.

Working Environment:

Standard safety measures apply, with moderate noise levels and a need for focused concentration amidst changing conditions.
