As a Senior Solutions Architect in the Healthcare sector, you will offer technical leadership and strategic insight to the regional sales team. We are in search of a proactive individual who will surpass sales targets by spearheading innovative technical initiatives, generating pipeline alongside Account Executives, conducting customer demonstrations, managing proofs of concept, and overseeing daily account activities. You will be tasked with promoting, positioning, and designing Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation solutions for a targeted group of new and existing Healthcare clients throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical guidance and direction to clients and internal teams in the creation of fully integrated technology solutions to support pre-sales efforts in the designated market.
  • Assist in the evaluation, design, and development of comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Exhibit technical leadership and subject matter expertise regarding Rubrik's offerings, distributed systems, file management, and competitive storage solutions in the SAN domain.
  • Act as a technical consultant to devise and propose solutions that fulfill the technological and business needs of assigned clients.
  • Conduct technical and sales presentations to the technical teams and senior management of clients.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to clients and an internal resource on technical matters or specific business applications within the assigned market segment.
  • Effectively cultivate relationships with the account team, partners, and clients to support sales objectives, engaging and utilizing corporate resources, capabilities, budgets, and personnel as needed.
  • Lead technical sales discussions.
  • Assess sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competitive landscape, decision-making processes, and funding availability.

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within a software or data center context.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for success, exhibiting a hands-on, "can-do" attitude.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical knowledge base in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a determination to achieve results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and demonstrations daily with prompt follow-up.
  • Possesses a high level of business acumen and experience collaborating with C-level executives to deliver technology solutions that address business challenges.
  • Smart, adaptable, and open to new ideas.
