- Architectural Design & Implementation:
- Develop and execute Salesforce solutions emphasizing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on intricate projects, ensuring the architecture fulfills scalability, performance, and security standards.
- Establish and uphold best practices for coding standards, design methodologies, and security protocols specific to LWC.
- Technical Guidance:
- Lead and mentor development teams in the adoption of LWC and contemporary web development methodologies.
- Conduct thorough code evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with Salesforce development protocols.
- Facilitate architectural discussions and decision-making processes concerning Salesforce solutions.
- Strategic Solution Development:
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration approaches, and deployment strategies.
- Assess new Salesforce features and LWC updates to propose enhancements and optimizations for existing solutions.
- Integration & Customization:
- Design and execute integrations with external systems, utilizing APIs, Apex, and LWC.
- Customize Salesforce applications through LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems and applications.
- Performance Enhancement & Issue Resolution:
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of LWC components and Salesforce applications.
- Identify and rectify technical challenges, providing support to development teams and end-users as necessary.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on Lightning Web Components.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong foundation in web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP), and middleware.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
