We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our Corporate Information Technology (IT) team.

Your expertise in Salesforce development will be pivotal in advancing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, ensuring we effectively address the evolving needs of our global clientele with both efficiency and innovation.

You will play a vital role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce solutions, significantly influencing our capacity to continue leading in the realm of smart, sustainable water solutions.

* #LI-Hybrid Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy tailored Salesforce (SFDC) solutions to fulfill business requirements, enhancing functionality and user experience.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
  • Oversee the Salesforce environment, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Offer ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of the platform.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements to our ecosystem.


Key Qualifications:
Possess a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Salesforce developer certification(s) are highly preferred.

Bring 5-7 years of professional experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, custom development, and deployment is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
