Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Responding to patient inquiries and managing correspondence effectively.
  • Implementing established guidelines for prioritizing work activities and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Reviewing financial documents such as statements, invoices, and receipts.
  • Collaborating with clinic staff to set performance standards and monitor progress.
  • Valuing and promoting cultural diversity within the workplace.
Essential Duties:
  • Providing coordination and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Completing all necessary documentation within specified time frames.
  • Organizing tasks to maximize clinic efficiency and productivity.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Following instructions and completing assigned duties as directed by management.
  • Maintaining and filing patient records and other essential information.
  • Monitoring and responding to voicemails and patient calls promptly.
  • Reviewing and addressing messages in the electronic health record system.
  • Providing information for after-hours inquiries and documenting interactions.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a healthcare-related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with Electronic Health Records; familiarity with Athena is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
