Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:
The Sales Support Specialist collaborates closely with the sales team and, occasionally, clients. The primary focus is to assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, contracts, and documentation. Below are the detailed responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the National Sales Manager, Rental Supervisor, and other Administrative Staff
  • Prepares Bills of Sale for client transactions
  • Drafts Rental Agreements and Extensions
  • Provides assistance with Live Chat inquiries
  • Proactively identifies potential challenges and resolves them, ensuring effective communication
  • Maintains ongoing communication with clients, manufacturers, logistics, and other teams via email, phone, and text
  • Follows up with prospects to ensure no opportunities are overlooked
  • Updates and maintains records in the business CRM system, adhering to sales and proposal processes
  • Addresses customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and making recommendations to management to mitigate future occurrences
  • Enhances product knowledge through the PRT Virtual Training Site, on-the-job experience, professional literature, and online research
