The Inside Sales Representative acts as the primary liaison for clients regarding their orders, delivery confirmations, and expected arrival times for our offerings. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer support, cultivating leads through diverse channels, managing special initiatives, and aiding our sales force.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Assistance:
- Serve as the main contact for order processing, delivery confirmations, and expected arrival times related to Elementia products.
- Address customer inquiries and requests swiftly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to foster relationships and address any issues proactively.
- Aim to deliver exceptional service throughout all customer interactions.
Lead Development:
- Leverage both inbound and outbound strategies, including CRM tools and the company website, to identify potential leads for Elementia products.
- Evaluate and qualify potential clients based on their expressed interest and specific needs.
- Assess the viability of leads to convert them into customers, considering factors such as location and budget.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Program Management:
- Oversee pricing documentation and sales materials, ensuring they align with company standards.
- Generate reports and facilitate rebate requests for qualifying clients.
- Implement sales strategies to enhance the effectiveness of rebate initiatives.
Product Marketing:
- Provide clients with comprehensive product literature and information, particularly regarding Elementia offerings.
- Effectively present Elementia products to clients, emphasizing their unique features and advantages.
- Manage marketing resources and samples to ensure they are current and readily available.
- Communicate updates on promotions, pricing changes, and other relevant information to clients as necessary.
Performance Monitoring:
- Create monthly performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Territory Sales Managers.
- Analyze sales volumes from distributors and dealers to assess their performance.
- Utilize performance metrics to identify improvement areas and support the development of Territory Sales Managers.
Quote Management:
- Track and manage the expiration of multifamily quotes.
- Proactively reach out to clients regarding expiring quotes and explore opportunities to secure business.
- Work with Regional and Area Sales Managers to provide necessary information for decision-making.
- Collect data on lost projects to understand underlying reasons and inform stakeholders for future enhancements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience in a sales or marketing capacity.
