Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer service inquiries via calls and emails, and evaluate incoming requests for quotes (RFQs).
  • Assess customer specifications and requirements to ensure compatibility with our product offerings through thorough analysis of provided technical data.

  • Deliver product technical assistance and prepare quotations along with product datasheets.

  • Support sales teams, distributors, and end-users by ensuring order accuracy and maintaining proper order flow to fulfill delivery commitments.
  • Manage and update the CRM database with customer information; ensure records are accurate and well-organized.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial sales or support, particularly with safety relief valves, control valves, steam traps, or triple offset butterfly valves.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
  • Familiarity with control valves, steam equipment, safety relief valves, ASME code, API, and valve sizing software is advantageous.
  • A positive, confident demeanor complemented by excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and competing priorities while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in an inside sales or customer service role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or German is an added advantage.
