Insurance Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a committed Insurance Sales Support Specialist to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, optimizing administrative workflows, coordinating appointments and travel arrangements, managing inventory of office supplies, and representing our brand at community engagements and through various channels.
Compensation:$65,000 - $95,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your sales knowledge to provide exceptional customer service, actively promoting our offerings to both prospective and current clients.
- Efficiently manage administrative duties, ensuring that inquiries and complaints are handled promptly to maintain seamless office operations.
- Implement office standards and innovative strategies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive mindset in adapting to evolving demands.
- Work collaboratively with team members, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
