Sales Executive RMW Job Description

Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment. As a Sales Executive RMW, you will play a critical role in securing new business by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability in assigned geographic areas.
  • Sell Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Services (OSHA/HIPAA) solutions to healthcare facilities and commercial businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging face-to-face interactions and local subject matter expertise.
  • Participate in market development activities to identify areas for growth and implement initiatives to increase market penetration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of field/outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Experience selling in a high-volume, high-transaction industry.
  • Post-secondary education (College or University Degree) is strongly desired.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency, motivated by success.
