Sales Executive – Amino Transport

The Sales Executive will primarily engage with potential clients through phone and virtual interactions, with occasional face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new client accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary contact for any issues and solutions.
  • Keep clients informed about their shipments and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and operational support.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for both new and existing clients.
  • Engage regularly with all clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Work closely with the Pricing Department on proposals and client requests.
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Gather insights from carriers regarding rates and capacity.
  • Utilize CRM tools in line with company standards.
  • Promote a positive team environment through effective collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in freight brokerage or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the truckload market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
  • A dedicated work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
