Sales Executive – Amino Transport
Amino Transport is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to enhance our client portfolio. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in communication and is committed to achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will primarily engage with potential clients through phone and virtual interactions, with occasional face-to-face meetings.

- Identify and secure new client accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary contact for any issues and solutions.
- Keep clients informed about their shipments and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and operational support.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for both new and existing clients.
- Engage regularly with all clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Work closely with the Pricing Department on proposals and client requests.
- Delegate tasks effectively within the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Gather insights from carriers regarding rates and capacity.
- Utilize CRM tools in line with company standards.
- Promote a positive team environment through effective collaboration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in freight brokerage or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the truckload market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- A dedicated work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
