Role Description:
Embracing a One Team philosophy, you will spearhead and implement grassroots sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing an annual marketing strategy that promotes our services and cultivates a diverse clientele. You will oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring any complaints are addressed promptly. The successful execution of the marketing plan will lead to the achievement of sales targets, enhancement of brand visibility, acquisition of new clients, and exploration of varied market segments. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is paramount, and you will take pride in delivering exceptional service during critical times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the company vehicle to foster relationships within the community and with key stakeholders such as insurance agents, property managers, and real estate professionals.
- Design and manage marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of PuroClean and its clientele, including planning educational workshops and hosting networking events.
- Establish and execute annual marketing goals aligned with the operational budget.

- Recruit, train, and mentor additional sales personnel as needed.
