Enterprise Software Sales Specialist

As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development & Inside Sales Specialist to join our high-achieving local and international team. Your role will be pivotal in propelling our business forward by pinpointing opportunities and nurturing warm leads into successful projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Directors to uncover new business prospects for the Papyrus Software platform.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, social media, and email, understanding their requirements and positioning Papyrus Software as the ideal solution.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to provide pertinent information that will help analyze available opportunities, pursue active projects, and connect with key decision-makers to introduce Papyrus Software.
- Initiate contact with prospects to present Papyrus and convert leads into viable sales opportunities for the Papyrus platform.
- Continuously generate qualified opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of new market and client prospects for Papyrus Software. These leads will comprise both campaign-specific and self-generated opportunities.
- Ensure all client and candidate records are accurately maintained in the company's CRM database.
- Coordinate with consultancy teams and Directors to guarantee that all projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a background in IT Software is essential.
- Experience in consultative software sales, along with exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Confident telephone skills and the ability to establish rapport with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customer personality types in a consultative approach.
- Effective time management skills, with the capacity to focus on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Research and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- A sense of urgency coupled with a proactive attitude.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience in IT software sales is a requirement.
