Position: Business Growth and Outreach Representative for a Property Restoration Firm

Role Description:

Embracing a One Team approach, you will spearhead and implement grassroots sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing an annual marketing strategy that promotes our services and cultivates a diverse clientele. You will also oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring prompt resolution of any client concerns. The successful execution of the marketing plan will lead to achieving sales targets, enhancing brand visibility, attracting new customers, and expanding into varied markets. Meeting or exceeding customer expectations is paramount, and you will take pride in delivering exceptional service that distinguishes us from competitors. This role is particularly suitable for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the company vehicle to foster relationships within the community and with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, and industry groups.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of PuroClean and its clientele, including planning educational workshops and hosting networking events.
  • Identify, create, and implement annual marketing goals aligned with the operational budget.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback forms, follow-up calls, and site visits to ensure client contentment.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor additional sales personnel as necessary.
  • Enhance brand recognition, promote the One Team culture, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to community service.
