Job Overview

Position:
Senior Sales Executive / Regional Vice President of Sales for Southeast U.S.

Primary Objective:
A seasoned sales professional in the cybersecurity domain, tasked with the establishment, development, and execution of pivotal sales strategies and account management plans targeting end-user clients as well as solution provider/reseller partners and service providers focused on cybersecurity offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify target customers and partners.
  • Develop an executive-level value proposition for Gradient Cyber LLC aimed at identified targets.
  • Identify and document joint opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Secure executive commitment from end users and partners to advance initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaborative executive sponsorship.
  • Craft joint solution strategies with partners for their end customers.
  • Ensure all certification requirements are met by partners.
  • Formulate specific go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Manage and nurture robust relationships with channel partners' sales teams and key end-user clients to drive ongoing business growth.
  • Continuously engage with individuals across the entire customer and partner spectrum to devise strategies for effectively penetrating targeted accounts.
  • Deliver high-level executive presentations to strategic partners and end customers.
  • Keep management informed on status and performance through regular updates, forecasts, agendas, and reports, including logging all activities in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in system integration, service provision, large reseller channel development, and the networking industry, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Experience in formulating and executing channel strategic plans and initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, along with strong business development capabilities and virtual team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A / B.S.).
  • Strong communication and persuasive abilities, including effective presentation skills.
  • Adept at developing and presenting compelling solution strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Results-driven and effective in engaging with senior-level management in customer interactions.
  • Proven capability to operate independently in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Exhibits personal integrity and sound judgment.
