We are seeking a part-time Office Manager in our Chicago office who will be responsible for our hybrid work environment. This role is integral to cultivating Wpromote culture and playing an active role in employee experience and engagement.

About the Role

This position requires someone who is a motivated, detail-oriented individual, with excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude. They will be responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized for our Chicago (in-person) and NYC (remote) offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing office services, including ordering office supplies, food, and drinks for both offices
  • Coordinating with POPS team and local employees on office requests, needs, and engagement
  • Working closely with building management (Chicago) and/or WeWork (NYC) to submit work orders, create keycards, register guests, and coordinate onsite meetings
  • Providing general support to all visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Opening the Chicago office and ensuring that everything is in order

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative or office management experience, with a solid ability to multitask while demonstrating high attention to detail. They will also have flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $28-$35/hour, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state's salary threshold for exempt employees.
