As a Client Service Representative (Account Specialist), you will handle inquiries from customers through various channels including phone, email, and Live Chat.

Our Account Specialists are typically tech-savvy individuals with strong problem-solving skills. Many come from backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or restaurant services, and thrive in environments where they can exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication methods
  • Organizing workflow to meet customer demands and timelines
  • Performing data entry of client information and managing electronic document filing
  • Efficiently navigating multiple databases with accuracy
  • Following up on all customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • Conducting research and analysis of legal documents
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles

  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
