About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Quadient. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assess and prioritize customer cases, assigning them to the appropriate support team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Quadient's products and services
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
